Dr James D. Harless ... Preaching Pastor
Jim is a graduate of Johnson Bible College (BA), Anderson University School of Theology (MA), & International Bible College & Seminary (PhD). He has been the preaching pastor/elder of TCCC since its inception. He also teaches for Indiana Wesleyan University. He is married to Vicki, his college sweetheart, & has two children. Their daughter, Amber, has 2 children, a boy and a girl. They live in Anderson. Their son, Brandon, is married to Ashley and they have one daughter. They live in Noblesville.
James Hill ... Youth Minister
After 10 years of full-time preaching ministry, James has now been called to jumpstart a new youth ministry here at Tri-County as of July 2011. He has specialized in effecting change and giving new life and energy to congregations. Along with his A.S. in Psychology from Vincennes University and B.S. in Biblical Studies from Indiana Wesleyan, he is starting his M.Div. in the Fall. He also completed a Diploma of Biblical Studies from Summit Theological Seminary in Peru, IN. He has a lovely wife of ten years, Megan, and two boys—Isaac (5 yrs) and Isaiah (1 yr). They are all natives of Anderson except Isaiah, who was born last year on their last ministry escapade in Arkansas.
Mary Lines ... Secretary
Mary joined our staff January 2, 2006. Mary graduated from Ball State University with an Associate Degree in Secretarial. She is married to Max and she and Max have two daughters. Heidi is presently a student at Ball State University and Emily lives in New Castle with her daughter, Sophia.
